1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Skyra website (skyrausa.com) and utilizing our professional translation, transcription, subtitling, and editing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services and Scope

Skyra provides professional translation, audio/video transcription, video subtitling, content copywriting, and academic editing. Detailed project specifications, delivery times, and pricing models are defined per project in the quote request confirmation.

3. Payment Terms

All service payments must be made in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless agreed otherwise. We utilize secure payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and mobile wallets. Work begins after the standard project deposit is cleared.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all customer source files, manuscripts, and project details as strictly confidential. Professional Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are available upon request for corporate clients.

5. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.

١. قبول الشروط

من خلال زيارة موقع Skyra واستخدام خدمات الترجمة والكتابة والتدوين والتحرير الاحترافية، فإنك توافق على الالتزام الكامل بهذه الشروط والأحكام. إذا كنت لا توافق، يُرجى عدم طلب الخدمات.

٢. الخدمات والتعاقد

تقدم Skyra خدمات ترجمة معتمدة، وتفريغ صوتي وفيديو، وتركيب ترجمة مرئية، وصناعة المحتوى، والتحرير الأكاديمي. يتم تحديد النطاق الدقيق ووقت التسليم والأسعار بالتفصيل في تأكيد عرض الأسعار المرسل للعميل.

٣. شروط الدفع

تُدفع جميع مستحقات الخدمات بالجنيه المصري (EGP) ما لم يتم الاتفاق على خلاف ذلك كتابةً. نقبل بطاقات الائتمان، التحويل البنكي، ومحافظ الموبايل (Vodafone Cash)، وتطبيق Instapay.

٤. سرية المعلومات

نتعامل مع ملفات ومخطوطات العملاء وتفاصيل المشاريع بأقصى درجات السرية والأمان. يتوفر توقيع اتفاقية عدم إفصاح رسمية (NDA) للشركات عند الطلب.
